Al J. Notzon   
Mr. Notzon is the former Chairman of the National Review Board of the US Conference of Catholic Bishops. He provides consulting services for multiple clients including the San Antonio Conservation Society, the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, the Area Judges, and other regional councils. Prior to retiring he was as the Executive Director of the Alamo Area Council of Governments with forty years service.

Philip Sevilla
Mr. Sevilla, prior to assuming the role of President of the Texas Leadership Coalition was the President of Catholic Coalition of New Mexico, a non-profit Catholic advocacy organization and Executive Director for Project Defending Life, a Catholic pro-life ministry in Albuquerque, NM. He held managerial and staff positions serving technology companies in Silicon Valley and Fortune 100 corporations for over twenty years.

Secretary
 Darlene D. Jimenez
Mrs. Jimenez is a licensed professional  counselor who operates a psychiatric counseling office with her husband, Dr. Roberto Jimenez. She is the director of the St. Joan of Arc Brigade, a Catholic prayer mission apostolate in San Antonio and counsels post-abortive women ministered to by Project Rachel.

David Mayorga
Mr. Mayorga is an attorney and presently the Vice President of the San Antonio Catholic Lawyers’ Guild. He is married and the proud father of five girls. He is a parish member of St. Paul Catholic Church in San Antonio.
